As parents/guardians, we will: * Make sure that our child attends school regularly and arrives on time so s/he will receive the full benefit of instruction * Encourage good study habits at home, by helping her/him find the time and a quiet spot to work at home so that s/he can complete her/his homework which helps reinforce what s/he has learned during the school day * Communicate with our child’s teacher regularly in person, by phone or by email during both easy and difficult periods * Encourage our child to solve problems peacefully, which includes modeling and talking about problem-solving strategies in our home * Show our belief in the importance of school by attending scheduled conferences, volunteering whenever possible, and participating in classroom or after-school events Parent Signature_____________________________________________ Please help us enrich the education of your child by answering the question below.
